KISS Your HEALTH in 2019.
Consume healthy, balanced food. Ask yourself which healthy food do you prefer to eat?. Continue to have it regularly with happiness rather than a dieticians prescription. Try exercising, not necessarily a gym. At times gymming feels like a chore. I would rather love to do activities like walking, cycling with my daughter or friends or any activity which brings happiness and thrill.
KISS RELATIONSHIPS IN 2019
Listen to what people say. Take them by face value. Do not burden your mind by further questions viz. Did she mean what she said? What could be his ulterior motive? Did she speak the truth? so on and so forth…Trying to seek answers only takes away our energy and precious time. Just keep it simple. I say to myself Í need not investigate’. What she has said is fine, unless it a business deal where one needs to introspect in details.
KISS TIME IN 2019
Managing time at times is a very difficult task. Not every call from a friend or a close one is a call for counseling. Social Media I have to visit, not every time when my phone beeps but maybe once in 2 hours or so. Can I reply to emails in 2 or 3 lines?Perhaps its better to save my time as well as the recipients. Moreover ‘to the point ‘communications actually avoid miscommunications. As a mom, I have only recently started practicing a menu schedule for my daughter’s food and snack recipes. It really saved me a lot of time n less anxiety over what do I pack for her tiffin.
Do not push important things for tomorrow. Do it now. if you are a forgetful person set an alarm. Do it and reduce stress.
Do we need Medical reports or a doctor’s prescriptions to understand the importance of HEALTH? Surely not. Managing LIFESTYLE is of utmost importance. I realized it recently only when I heard of some not very good news about a few of my colleagues.
I made a timetable for
Brisk walking for 15 minutes daily. Remember those days when as kids we would walk barefoot on the grass? Relive those days. Walk on the dewy grass. Make time for it. Fresh air boosts oxygen supply in the body and you should spend time in large open green spaces.
Whenever you feel disturbed or upset, take a deep breath, get some fresh air and think of some good time. Getting depressed won’t help. Think Positive. Be a part of the solution, not the problem. Reduce stress and beus happy.
4)Sleeping -An adequate and sound sleep is essential to feel fresh and keep stress at bay. Your body needs at least 6-8 hours of rest, which should be uninterrupted to let your body heal itself and build immunity.
KISS YOUR OWN WAY TO HAPPINESS
